What makes Lumiere Routine different?+
Lumiere Routine starts with a focused two-serum ritual instead of a large catalog. Each serum has one clear role, formulated without fragrance, dyes, or filler actives — so shopping feels intentional and the routine is simple enough to keep.
What is the Copper Ritual?+
It's Lumiere Routine's launch line — a two-step ritual built around 1% GHK-Cu, the naturally blue copper peptide prized in premium skincare: a copper peptide serum for the day and an exosome renewal serum for the evening.
Products
Why is the serum blue?+
GHK-Cu is naturally blue — that soft blue tint is the copper peptide itself, not a dye. If a 'copper' serum isn't blue, ask what's in it.
Can I use both serums together?+
Yes — they're designed as one ritual: the GHK-Cu Copper Peptide Serum in the morning and the Exosome Renewal Serum in the evening. If you use retinol or vitamin C, apply them at alternate times of day rather than layered directly with the copper serum.
What are exosomes?+
Tiny messenger vesicles used in regenerative skincare to support the look of renewal, firmness, and elasticity. Ours are derived from ethically sourced human stem-cell culture, produced in a cGMP, FDA-compliant US facility.
How long should each serum last?+
Each 30 mL bottle is expected to last around 30 to 45 days with regular use.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Because orders move quickly into fulfillment, contact support within 12 hours of purchase if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to adjust it.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so the case can be reviewed quickly.
Shipping
Where do you ship?+
Lumiere Routine currently ships to the regions enabled at checkout. Availability may vary by destination based on fulfillment coverage and carrier support.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. After shipment, most deliveries arrive within 3 to 10 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Returns
Do you accept returns?+
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products are generally not returnable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
